Wyse TCX USB Virtualizer 2.0, Wyse TCX Multi-display 1.2 and Wyse TCX Rich Sound 1.0 close the gap between thin clients and traditional pc's with the their extended virtualization enhancements.
Wyse TCX USB Virtualiser 2.0 is a simple, yet revolutionary, software solution that enables the discovery of local USB devices plugged into Wyse thin clients directly in a virtual desktop environment. Any barriers to peripheral usage with thin clients are now eliminated; no more compromises exist on limited local drivers.
Wyse TCX Multi-display 1.2 instantly recognizes additional monitors. The software provides multiple monitor awareness for virtual desktops and applications over ICA, RDP connections in VDI and terminal services environments using Wyse thin clients.
Wyse TCX Rich Sound 1.0 is software that provides bi-directional audio capabilities for virtual desktops and applications on RDP connections in virtual desktop environments, enabling virtual desktops and applications capable of receiving and transmitting audio without compromise. Users can now use a USB headset directly attached to the Wyse thin client to input audio into an IP soft phone application running in a Windows XP Pro virtual desktop.

Hilton Hotel's Reservations and Customer Care Group has significantly reduced its call center costs and improved its customer service quality by implementing Wyse thin clients for its work-at-home program and call center staff.
